As such, it has earned international recognition as the winner of the Coliving Awards 2025 in the Interior & Furniture Design category.

Inspired by new-generation social clubs, Àbag Studio has transformed this historic 1900s building into a present-day residential icon, expertly blending history and contemporary elegance.

Its design fuses Mediterranean soul with a cosmopolitan feel reminiscent of New York’s Soho lofts for a sophisticated yet relaxed style.
